lolwut

NIS... you're really something else.

ChaosSora (11/03/2009 03:21AM)

Atelier Iris meets Harvest Moon?

Bish (11/03/2009 03:27AM)

Yeah, kinda.
Or, alternatively, Rune Factory, where there are some RPG elements, but that's not so much the point as item synthesising and stuff.

sel12345 (11/03/2009 05:30AM)

the characters look soo cute

clowangel (11/03/2009 06:25AM)

Atelier Iris on DS... Hmm... I might as well give it a try since I'm a fan of the series. ^^;

Smokey McPotterson (11/03/2009 07:06AM)

Atelier is french for GAAAAAAAAAAAY

bladex (11/03/2009 10:13AM)

Atelier games are so awesome if you've never played one you don't know what you've been missing.

Gollgagh (11/03/2009 05:33PM)

yeah, I think I'll grab this one

bladex (11/03/2009 07:03PM)

this game rocks! now this game isn't heavy on actual combat your mainly making items, building up the town and sending friends into the shops/facilities to run them. but it's so awesome.

Bish (11/03/2009 10:57PM)

Resort management is pretty awesome.
My revenue from the park is pretty dismal though. ='(

bladex (11/04/2009 04:45AM)

i've got the little blonde girl from the restaurant running my shop with trust the clerk and it'd doing pretty good each month the sales keep increasing. i think i made the mistake of building a park though no one wants to go there tongue.gif

Bish (11/04/2009 04:51AM)

Yeah, if you talk to your Clerks, they give you hints about what they excel in. I'm pretty sure Fitz and Hans do pretty well with the shop and management style jobs, and Hans basically says that he's poor with anything recreation related. I think Gillian and Beaux are the ones to look for if you want your Park to flourish, at cost of your shop, though.

alraisi (11/04/2009 09:58AM)

thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaank

NoPayneNoGame (11/04/2009 03:50PM)

i saw this game and it look really cool.

bladex (11/04/2009 04:37PM)

how do you add big/small supplements to food? and also how do you send clerks to other facilities they keep going to the shop!

5hours (11/04/2009 05:57PM)

This actually looks good. And nice to see they kept the original Japanese voice cast.
I hope NIS will pick up some more DS JP titles in the future happy.gif

You can create big supplements by synthesising supplement #2 with big landos. I'm not sure about small supplements though, I've got the recipe up till supplement #5, and still no option for a small supplement.
And it's only the one clerk that influences all your resort facilities.

bladex (11/05/2009 03:39AM)

i like playing this but i'm getting tired of all the text scenes every time i go somewhere it pops up! i go to the shop to buy ingredients and when i get back to the workshop....it appears nearly every time!

zult (11/05/2009 11:47AM)

wow...this one look quite good...he he

I haven't travelled to the distro places yet, I started checking out every bit of the town etc.. so just the intro now, but does the save option appear after you visit those 1-day travel places? Cause I wanna continue later, but don't wanna start all over :/

bladex (11/05/2009 01:15PM)

to save click near the desk in your workshop

Shushishtok (11/05/2009 03:07PM)

That's a really cute game. The fighting sequences are pretty boring, as everyone is already level 10 with no special skills whatsoever. Yet, I like the scenes and how everyone annoys Pepe with saying how small he is lol

bladex (11/05/2009 03:12PM)

the Atelier games have never been heavy on combat as far as i've been playing them from the ps2.

chococo_non (11/05/2009 06:16PM)
