They ran away to a tropical island. But what they were really running....from themselves.

That's some seriously poorly drawn artwork on the cover there. Is that suppposed to be one girl that the guy is carrying? Or is he carrying the severed legs & ass of one girl, while another girl looks over his shoulder?
